Bookings for the Humber Sports Partnership Coach Education Programme can be made in four ways:

  • Booking Online through a credit or debit card.
  • Telephone bookings by contacting the HSP offices on 01482 387491. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards
  • Booking your places online but payment through an invoice made out to your club/organisation
  • Sending in a booking form from the Coach Education Programme brochure with an attached cheque made payable to Goodwin Community Trading Ltd

How to use the booking system:

Courses can be selected by viewing the ‘View all courses’ option on clicking onto an individual course, reading about the sessions and selecting from the available dates.

View the courses options and select an appropriate course. Courses are grouped into course programmes for Sports Coach UK, Running Sports, Generic Courses and Sport Leaders Courses.

All of theses can be booked online.

The Booking System website also lists Disability Sports Courses and courses from National Governing bodies but with the exception of basketball courses these bookings have to be made directly with the individual contacts indicated within these sections. These cannot be booked through the booking system.

Booking a course:

Once you have identified a course select the ‘Book’ icon and then ‘Add to Basket’

You then have the option to pay or browse further courses

You then need to read and agree to the terms and conditions

Registering

The next step is to register your details on the system Ð this includes your individual details and club invoice address details if you are reserving places for a club and wish to be invoiced.

Please indicate here if you wish to be added to the Coach Database and receive copies of the E Bulletin service

Return Bookings / Log-in details

As part of the registration process you are asked for a password. If you wish to book places on further courses later in the year you just need to enter your email address & password to go straight to payment options. Your details are already registered so you do not need to re-enter your details.

Payment

You have two options when using the online booking system

  • Payment through a debit/credit card
  • Invoice

Card Payments

Select this option and enter card details following the standard procedures used by online shopping. After payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation message and an automated confirmation will be sent to your email address

Invoice Option

If you are reserving places for a club or Local Authority you may wish for an invoice to be raised. Reserve your course and register using the online system. This will reserve your place at the course but we will issue an invoice to secure payment. An invoice will sent to you or to your organisations billing address. Booking will be secured once payment has been received. If you are paying by cheque please ensure it is made payable to Goodwin Community Trading.

Browsing other courses

Throughout the process you are able to browse further courses and add these to your basket prior to making your payment. If you would like to add further courses if you have logged out after payment has been made just log-in again using your email & password details.

Telephone Option

The online system allows customers to ring up and book places using the telephone. If you would like to book a place just ring us on 01482 387491 and have your course information and card details at hand. The HSP staff will be able to book you onto your chosen course.
